turkey day
can't believe tomorrow is thanksgiving. what happened to this year? pretty soon, it'll be new year's even and 06' will start.
i'm getting worse with publishing regular blogs. doesn't seem like there's enough time in the day now. only a couple weeks of class left this semester though, so it'll be nice when I'm on xmas break and only have to work. maybe i'll finally get the spa hooked up at the house. man, i really need to jump on that. classes this semester haven't been so great. i'm doing decently, but it's just not very interesting this semester. i'm taking a managerial accounting class and a leadership/organizational behavior class. my leadership class is interesting, but some of the ideas are so out there i wonder why i'm even learning it. my managerial accounting class is horrible...i hate accounting...so much of it is related to manufacturing type businessess, and i'm learning material i'll never need to know. they really should break out the different types of accounting into more specific fields. the one i'm taking is only good if i want to be the COO of GM or something like that. oh well, 2 more weeks, and i don't have to worry about them anymore.
work has been ok. my projects aren't so interesting right now, and the only project that was interesting is on hold right now because the client is being ridiculous.
m and i ate in gilroy this past weekend at a noodle restaurant in the new developments near 152/101. it was actually pretty good. i got this pan fried noodle dish, that was hard to eat but was excellent. if anyone goes, i recommend only getting the small portion. the large is very big, and it's more fun to just get small portions but maybe get a few items to share instead of individual large portions. the ambiance kind of sucks, it's like a big cafeteria with rows of seats, but the quality of food and prices are hard to beat.
well, hope everyone has a great thanksgiving weekend.
